As part of the Austrian Network for Innovative Climate Change Adaptation for Practitioners at Regional Level (KWAN for short), the Climate and Energy Fund is hosting an "Adaptathon". This is a new format for exchange, designed to develop ideas together and generate fresh thinking. Alongside collaborative work, networking is at the heart of it. The Adaptathon offers a great opportunity to gain insights into the areas of work and activities of colleagues — a valuable foundation for potential future collaborations.
On 30 April 2026, the 2nd Adaptathon of the network will take place, and we'd like to warmly invite you to join us:
Where: Landhaus 1, Großer Saal | Eduard-Wallnöfer-Platz 3 | 6020 Innsbruck
When: 30 April 2026, 09:15 – 16:30
Facilitation: Anna Schmidt & Sonja Hackl, Umweltbundesamt GmbH
Please register by 15 April 2026 at the latest!
Places are limited (max. 40 participants). When registering, we ask for a brief description of your motivation for attending. To ensure a diverse and balanced group composition and to bring in a variety of perspectives, we'll aim for a good balance between different stakeholder groups (practice, administration, research).
