klima2go - Maßnahmenkompass

klima2go – Maßnahmenkompass is a forward-looking database that makes climate- and sustainability-relevant measures from various scientifically grounded sources accessible. It's aimed at all users of climate and sustainability measures from public administration, politics, business, and interest groups, as well as NGOs and researchers from all disciplines, and is designed to make it easier to put measures into practice.

klima2go is a CCCA service, developed in cooperation with the UniNEtZ SDG 13 project and the Earth4All project. It provides a clear orientation guide for navigating the large number of existing measures that can contribute to tackling the climate crisis and achieving global climate and, in some cases, sustainability goals. In doing so, we want to make an active contribution to sustainable transformation by offering guidance in the complex field of climate and sustainability measures.

In klima2go, these measures can be searched either by their climate impact, by sector, or by the Earth4All Turnarounds, as well as via free-text search, and are directly linked to the relevant publications or websites. The database currently contains around 1,700 measures from six sources, which are continuously updated and expanded and are described in more detail here. Detailed information on the search and filter options can be found here.

Get started – Simple searching, targeted results

With just a few clicks, you can start searching for relevant climate and sustainability measures. Our database offers simple, intuitive navigation to help you find the right measures for your goals. Please bear in mind that the measures found will usually not work in isolation, but can only achieve the desired effect as a package of coordinated measures. This is noted for each measure, and we recommend reading the associated publications carefully and examining the interactions between measures in detail.

What's next?

  • klima2go is designed so that additional sources and new filter options can easily be added as soon as the relevant data becomes available.
  • For the further development of klima2go, we'd love to hear your feedback and experiences using the database at info@ccca.ac.at.
  • We're open to collaborations to integrate additional sources or filter options into klima2go.
