Within the CCCA there are strategic and thematic working groups to discuss and work on specific projects, activities or topics of strategic importance to the CCCA in a broader format. The CCCA supports members in setting up working groups, accompanies their activities and ensures that the results of the working groups are communicated to the network.
Strategic working groups are established by the CCCA Board to advance specific projects, activities or topics of strategic importance to the CCCA in a broader format. Within the CCCA Board, there are board members assigned to the working groups. The members of the working groups are determined by the CCCA Board, while the groups themselves are led by their members.
The working group leader coordinates the group's activities and, together with the designated board member, reports regularly to the Board on the progress and results of the working group.
