The future of the circular construction sector
The focus of the networking meeting is on circular construction and the legal framework conditions. Together with you, questions on the following topics will be discussed:
- What happens when buildings retain a residual value after depreciation?
- What funding and financing options already exist, and what will be needed in the future?
- How can AI applications become enablers of circular construction?
Building materials with BioBASE
Prior to this, our consortium partner BioBASE is hosting an expert dialogue in the morning: "Building Materials – From Raw Material to Building Product to Structure". The focus is on close collaboration along the entire value chain and ways to close material cycles for building materials.
A special venue
The choice of venue is no coincidence. The Zukunftsanker is one of the KRAISBAU demonstration buildings, where circular methods are being tested and further developed — making it the ideal place to see "KRAISBAU in the Spotlight" in action.
