#66: Climate catastrophe: Why aren't we doing anything?

a mindful mess...

Blogger Madeleine Daria Alizadeh, better known as "dariadaria", has teamed up with Isabella Uhl-Hädicke (environmental psychologist at the University of Salzburg) to explore this topic. Listen on Spotify. (20 mins.)

Dire warnings and facts about the climate catastrophe tend to do one thing above all: paralyse. Often we don't know how or where to start, so many of us simply do nothing at all. I asked Dr Isabella Uhl-Hädicke what actually motivates people to act in more environmentally conscious ways. She's an environmental psychologist at the University of Salzburg and researches how people can be encouraged to live in a more environmentally friendly way. As an expert in climate communication, she told me everything about raising awareness and promoting environmentally friendly behaviour.
