2019 — The warmest June on record is behind us — the effects of climate change are clearly being felt here at home. To investigate these effects, develop adaptation measures, and strengthen climate expertise in Austria more broadly, the Climate and Energy Fund, in cooperation with the Federal Ministry of Sustainability and Tourism (BMNT), provided funding of up to 4 million euros for research projects. The Austrian Climate Research Programme (ACRP) is the largest research funding programme on the topic of climate change in Austria.

The following projects submitted to the 12th Austrian Climate Research Programme (ACRP) call have been assessed as worthy of funding by the board of the Climate and Energy Fund.
