Brochures on the topic of "Climate Change and Health" published

Under the motto "From Knowledge to Action", the topic of "Health" and its links to climate change, including its influences and impacts, was developed in collaboration with the Environment Agency Austria.

This was achieved through workshops as well as standardised interviews with stakeholders, industry representatives and experts. Through the active involvement and lively exchange among those taking part, the aim was to present the synergies and findings, and to offer recommendations for action, in the form of a brochure.

As a result, brochures have been produced that are intended to provide specialist professional groups in the healthcare sector (doctors, pharmacists and nursing staff) with recommendations for action and climate change adaptation measures in relation to climate-relevant impacts on patients and clients.

The health brochures also include contributions from the "Austrian Special Report on Health, Demography and Climate Change ASR18".
