"Massive efforts are needed"
"As someone from a technical background, one naturally has a strong affinity for research and development, and thus for technology and innovation. So it's beyond question for me that massive efforts in technology and innovation are needed to keep climate change in check. However, it is certainly not the 'only approach' to climate policy, as you have suggested," said the former chair of Universities Austria, addressing Kurz.
