Folgewirkung — the Climate and Energy Fund podcast: Episode 33 "Climate Communication with GEN Z"

Thousands of newspaper articles and many studies explore what's on the minds of Generation Z — today's 14–29-year-olds — and what they're after. And we're doing the same here! In this episode, we thoroughly dismantle all the stereotypes floating around on social media, chat with youth researcher Natalia Wächter, who contributed to the Global Gen Z Study, and with a representative of her generation — Dragana, an aspiring electrical engineer and mechatronics technician.

Why are we doing this? To make the energy transition happen, we need young people in particular who are enthusiastic about so-called GREEN JOBS — from heat pump installers to urban planners to geothermal energy experts. And to inspire young people to train for these jobs, we first need to understand what they actually want and are looking for.

In episode 33, titled "Climate Communication with GEN Z", Iris Borovcnik and Francesca Grandolfo are in conversation.
