Following the open letter from Austrian researchers to the government negotiators, the Austrian Biodiversity Council, the Commission for Biodiversity of the Academy of Sciences, the Austrian Mycological Society and the Zoological-Botanical Society are now also calling on the FPÖ and ÖVP negotiators in an open letter under the heading "Supporting appeal for innovative biodiversity and environmental policy" to integrate an active biodiversity and environmental policy into a forward-looking economic policy.
