Vienna is set to become a stage for art, climate, and visions of the future once again this spring. The Klima Biennale Wien invites you to discover, discuss, and co-create an urban future centred on the idea of climate protection, running from 9 April to 10 May 2026.

With the guiding theme "Unspeakable Worlds – Welten jenseits von Worten", the second edition of the Klima Biennale turns its attention to those realities that are barely expressible in words – from ecological tipping points to social upheaval. More than 50 partner institutions, a packed programme at Karlsplatz, and a strong focus on public space make the Biennale a city festival that brings art right into everyday life and raises awareness of the climate crisis.
