The Austrian Biomass Association has recently published the "Bioenergy Atlas Austria 2023". The book maps the domestic bioenergy sector using maps of the federal provinces, thematic maps of Austria, and project reports. This showcases the broad range of the bioenergy sector as well as its regional distribution and significance across the provinces.

In addition, the Bioenergy Atlas Austria compares the federal provinces with one another on the basis of an analysis of energy statistics at provincial level, with regard to their energy strategies and progress on the energy transition. Energy, wood, and biomass flows are also included in the publication.
