Vienna (OTS) - Through a reasonable reduction in meat consumption alongside an increased proportion of fruit and vegetables, approximately 6–19% of premature deaths could be prevented in Austria, and up to 70% of the greenhouse gas emissions caused by agricultural production could be saved.
