The European Commission has launched a public consultation on the past, present, and future of the EU Framework Programmes for Research and Innovation covering the period 2014–2027.

The survey covers the final evaluation of Horizon 2020 (2014–2020), the interim evaluation of Horizon Europe (2021–2027), and the second Strategic Plan for Horizon Europe (2025–2027): What do you see as the strengths, but also the shortcomings, of Horizon 2020 and the implementation of Horizon Europe so far? Help shape the guidelines and priorities for the Horizon Europe Strategic Plan for 2025–2027! It's also possible to respond to just parts of the survey, or to submit comprehensive position papers.

The consultation is open until 23 February 2023.
