The Science Academy Lower Austria is an extracurricular science education programme for curious and motivated young people aged 14 to 16.
It offers the opportunity to gain unique insights into the world of science. Participants get direct contact with inspiring personalities and renowned researchers. Together with their peers, they engage in hands-on research and develop new, forward-looking ideas and projects as a team. In addition, young people can take part in optional soft skills workshops.
There are eight topic-specific courses to choose from, developed in collaboration with leading universities and research institutions:

- Climate Change & Sustainability
- Neuroscience
- Smart World
- Animals & Us
- Space
