The State of Styria and Energie Steiermark are jointly awarding the Styrian State Prize Energy Globe STYRIA AWARD 2022, recognising the best eco-innovative projects in Styria in the fields of energy, environment and climate.
The coveted prize is awarded in four Styrian categories as well as for a focus topic:
- Research: research with a high degree of innovation
- Application: eco-innovative products, services, business models, processes and campaigns
- Municipalities: outstanding engagement at the municipal level
- Youth and Education: projects by/for young people and educational projects
- Focus topic "Industry": unique projects that set new impulses for the decarbonisation of the industrial sector
An expert jury will select the award winners from all Styrian submissions, who will be recognised in 2022.
Submissions are now open at www.energyglobe.at.
The submission deadline is 20 March.

The Styrian State Prize Energy Globe STYRIA AWARD 2022 is simultaneously the regional stage of the renowned international environmental prize, the Energy Globe Award. The prizes of the national and international award are presented in the categories Earth, Fire, Water, Air, Youth and in the special category "Sustainable Community".
