The BFW project database is now online: Which tree species should be planted for climate-resilient forests of the future? How high is the fire risk in forests? What can wild fruit trees offer? In around 110 ongoing projects, BFW staff are researching current topics in forestry, climate warming and the preservation of biodiversity. In the BFW project database, which has recently gone online, forestry experts and those with an interest in forests can find out about ongoing projects and see what results BFW experts have reached in already completed projects. Users can filter by institute or search using keywords in a full-text search. The database is continuously updated with new projects and project results.
