According to a UNICEF report, children are the primary victims of global climate change. "Although children and young people bear the least responsibility for climate change, they are already the most severely affected by its impacts," states a report published today by the UN children's agency.
According to this Climate Risk Index, almost half of all children worldwide are exposed to extremely high climate risks such as heatwaves, floods and droughts.
