Welios – Call for Participation in Exhibition

The Welios Science Center in Wels is planning its 16th special exhibition "Weather and Climate" from autumn 2020.

The aim of this exhibition is to make facts tangible and to introduce children and young people aged 4–14, as well as their parents, to the topic of "weather and climate" through interactive exhibits, without the need for a guided tour. The hands-on museum – try things out, discover, experience. At the Welios Science Center in Wels, you become a researcher yourself and experiment on your own terms. Visitors of all ages can learn new things and be amazed.

In order to connect the exhibition directly with science, Welios is offering and inviting participation from the scientific community:

  • Do you have exhibits that relate to this topic?
  • Do you have ideas for how the topic can be made tangible and hands-on?

As part of the redesign of this special exhibition, there is also the opportunity to have previously unrealised ideas brought to life.

If you'd like to get involved, we'd ask you to get in touch directly with the Managing Director, Mag. Michael Holl (holl@welios.at) or the educational adviser, Mag. Leo Ludick (ludick@welios.at).
