CCCA Activities at COP24 in Katowice: Overview
Under the umbrella of CCCA, numerous Austrian researchers presented their latest project results at the Austrian and EU Pavilions of the 24th UN Climate Conference (COP24) from 3–14 December 2018 in Katowice, Poland. The focus was primarily on exchanging ideas with international conference participants on a range of research topics. CCCA thus gave Austrian organisations/researchers — funded by the BMNT — the opportunity to present on this international stage and to be present as part of the Austrian delegation at COP24.
CCCA also strengthened its connections with cooperation partners, political decision-makers and the Vienna Business Agency on the ground, and got to know new networks.
Following the conference, CCCA published a guest commentary in the Wiener Zeitung on the political outcomes. You can find it here.
Below you'll find the details of CCCA's activities at COP24 along with the photo gallery.
