CCCA Literature Database
The CCCA literature database took a step forward in 2016. In addition to all the citations from the APCC assessment report on climate change (AAR14), the citations from the startclim literature database were also integrated in autumn. You can now find more than 9,000 literature citations in the database available for download.
New Download Function
A new feature has been added that lets you download all citations from a volume, chapter, or search result in one go. When you click on a chapter in the volume-chapter list, you'll now have the option to download all citations. You can also enter a term in the search box and then save the entire results list.
The CCCA literature database currently contains more than 3,500 literature citations from over 8,000 authors. The CCCA team is currently working on integrating the startclim literature database and is preparing to include additional literature.

Basic Concept and Structure of the Literature Database
In the Austrian assessment report on climate change 2014 (AAR14), grey literature was drawn upon more extensively alongside internationally published peer-reviewed journal articles, but (as with the IPCC) only on the condition that it was publicly accessible. This seemed necessary to a greater degree at the national level, as research into local and regional issues is often published in non-peer-reviewed journals, yet can still make a significant contribution to the state of knowledge on climate change in Austria.
As a by-product of the AAR14, what has emerged is not only a literature database containing all the report's citations, but also a collection of grey literature that is made accessible through the Climate Change Centre Austria (CCCA) and will continue to be maintained.
