On 11 July 2018, a first informal workshop on the topic of "Climate Change: Research and Administration/Policy in Dialogue" took place.
The event was structured as a World Café, designed to advance dialogue in small groups with representatives from research and administration on the topics of climate change, climate change adaptation, synergies and interactions with climate protection.
The roughly 40 participants discussed the following topics across three rounds:

- Forest & Soil
- Agriculture & Production
- Tourism, Urban Climate & the Future
- Climate Policy & Perspectives
- Water & Climate
