18:30: Ice-Breaker Event in the new Plus-Energy Office Tower
                  Venue: TU Wien, 1060 Vienna, Getreidemarkt 9, 11th floor
                  Guided tours of the Plus-Energy Office Tower will be on offer for those interested.
                  Registration for these takes place directly on site.

                   "Responding responsibly to climate change — but how?
                   On the controversy surrounding climate engineering and the global energy transition"

17:30: By invitation of the City of Vienna, the day rounds off for everyone with a
                  boat trip on the Danube Canal/Danube.
                  On board there'll be light refreshments and a wine tasting from Weingut Cobenzl.
                  The trip will be rounded off with a few scientific titbits.
                   17:30: Boarding, Schwedenplatz landing stage
                   18:00: Departure
                   Expected return approx. 21:30, Reichsbrücke landing stage

                  Initiative "Early-Career Researchers in CCCA"
                  This session gives young researchers the chance to network with one another
                  and share experiences. Ideas will also be developed on how CCCA's
                  early-career researcher support
                  can be put into practice (until approx. 13:00).

10:35: Presentation Sessions D1, D2, D3

11:40: Award Ceremonies for the Poster Prize and the CCCA Early-Career Researcher Prize

12:10: Shared lunch

13:10: Presentation Sessions E1, E2, D3

14:15: Coffee break

15:50: End of the Climate Day

The Climate Day also provides a setting for full presentations of ACRP projects in the presence of the ACRP Steering Committee. These presentations are marked separately in the programme.

Note and Invitation:

"Urbanisation and Sustainability" is the title of the Vienna Lecture on 5 May 2015 at Vienna City Hall, which is being held as part of the Vienna initiative "Climate Protection and Education" (www.klimaschlau.wien.at) and in cooperation with the 16th Austrian Climate Day.
