Nr. 12: Climate and Gender

It's pretty well known that humans are the driving force behind the rapid progression of climate change and the crises that come with it. What many people aren't aware of, though, is that different population groups contribute to this to varying degrees. Due to their economic situation, women often suffer more severely from the impacts of climate change, even though they have a smaller CO2 footprint. This imbalance needs to be addressed. To do that, it's essential that marginalised groups can actively participate in shaping political decisions!
