The following payment options are available:
- by credit card: reservation and payment on-site at the hotel (credit card required as guarantee at the time of booking)
- without credit card: advance payment/bank transfer with invoice from the hotel.

The cancellation policy of the respective hotel applies; free cancellation is usually possible up to 14 days prior to arrival. Cancellations must be submitted in writing to the congress office (email: congress@univie.ac.at or fax: +43 1 4277 17699).
