CO2 Offsetting

The Klimatag 2018 aims to be organised in as climate- and environmentally friendly a way as possible. This includes a climate-friendly buffet, eco-friendly printing of the programme booklet, and easy accessibility of the venues by public transport, bicycle, or on foot. Communication and a collective commitment to making a statement also play an important role.

The guiding principle is: avoid and reduce harmful greenhouse gases! Any CO2 emissions that are nevertheless generated by participants travelling to the Klimatag will be offset by CCCA through BOKU's CO2 offset system.

Further information about the offset system can be found at BOKU CO2 Kompensationssystem.
