Abstracts
Based on the information provided during online registration, abstracts for contributions to scientific sessions will be assigned to the relevant reviewers. The programme committee will then put together the final Klimatag programme.
Abstracts will be formatted uniformly for the conference proceedings. For this reason, no formatting can be applied in the online portal. Abstracts must be at least 3,000 and no more than 5,500 characters including spaces. This corresponds to the allocated space available in the conference proceedings. A corresponding limit has been set in the online registration portal. Please note that the conference proceedings will be printed in black and white. Please design your figures accordingly. Abstracts should ideally be submitted in German, though English-language abstracts are also accepted.
The conference proceedings will be assigned an ISBN number.
Talk
Talks are expected to be 15 minutes in length. The language of presentation is German.
Talks may be published on the Klimatag website following the event.
Poster
Participants wishing to present a poster at the Klimatag are asked, should their poster contribution be accepted, to print it themselves in the appropriate format and hang it in the designated area at the Klimatag. All necessary materials will be provided.
Poster format: DIN A0 portrait
NEW! At the 2016 Klimatag, scientific posters will be integrated into the talk sessions. Posters will be assigned to thematically appropriate sessions. At the end of each talk session, a time slot will be set aside during which poster authors can present their poster in one minute. Information on the author, poster title, and poster number will be prepared for each session.
Posters may be published on the Klimatag website following the event.
